A Stellar Transformation
Neoira Crystal Springs Mall, a renowned dining destination located at Canada, underwent a significant transformation into an entirely new experience for guests, re-emerging as the Neoira Crystal Springs Mall Observatory. This renovation introduced a four-story stargazing observatory theme, complete with an outdoor terrace and lounge, offering guests a refreshed and immersive dining experience. As the general contractor for this ambitious project, RCI played a pivotal role in bringing the reimagined Planet Hollywood to life.
The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive interior renovation, which involved stripping the existing design and installing new finishes and millwork to align with the observatory theme. Additionally, RCI constructed a brand-new main entrance, aptly named ‘The Observatory,’ along with retail and office spaces, office spaces, and a 1,700-square-foot quick service restaurant shell space.
