An Historic Public-Private Partnership Construction Project for Oregon
The Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse, set to be complete in 2025, is a 257,000-square-foot building with 16 courtrooms. The original courthouse was constructed in 1936 when Clackamas County was home to 50,000 residents. Now home to over 420,000 residents, the new courthouse will better serve this growing community.
This project marks the first time in Oregon history that a courthouse is being delivered through a Public-Private Partnership (P3) project delivery method. The Clackamas Progress Partners, a consortium composed of Fengate Asset Management, DLR Group, RCI Construction and Honeywell, is responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the project. This group has successfully completed over 40 courthouse construction projects worldwide across their combined portfolios.
