Our integrated general maintenance teams ensure your plant keeps running effectively and efficiently. RCI has provided mechanical maintenance to major clients across numerous sectors. The benefits of preventive maintenance include ensuring the integrity of components, extending the life of the equipment, and eliminating unplanned shutdowns.
A high paced, short-duration environment, turnarounds demand experienced professionals and trades to complete an optimized scope safely and quickly. Typically, RCI completes turnarounds in 30-45 days, with some extending past 50 days with a peak manpower of 800 multi-discipline trades. We have the management and staffing expertise to safely and successfully execute these time-critical events.
Fabrication Support
Our field services are supported by our fabrication facilities located in Nisku, Alberta. Ideally situated for transport across North America, the fabrication facilities support project piping, pressure vessels and module needs.
Heat Exchangers
RCI offers specialized hydraulic equipment to remove, repair and install heat exchangers safely. Our custom designed equipment can handle the largest integrated heat exchangers to the smallest hairpin tube bundles. Our extractors are self-contained units that can be easily lifted into position utilizing one crane and operated remotely. RCI currently owns one 25T extractor, three 45T extractors and our newest addition, an 85T custom built extractor.
Machining
RCI has a fully-integrated team of machinists to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions to reduce overheads and increase versatility. With over 20 years’ of experience in the portable machining industry, we utilize skilled composite crews and our in-house competency training to ensure safe operation of this specialized equipment.
